Feeling slightly faint but eating lots of calories and protein, what can I add to a vegetarian diet?

    You might not be getting enough carbs. The brain needs enough glucose from carbohydrates. Try a high carb vegan diet like Raw Till 4. There's lots of videos on youtube about it.

    Eat some meat and see if you feel better. If that works, drop the vegetarian diet.
