Why does anthropology use an evolutionary perspective?

    Anthropology is primarily concerned with change, and the processes of change. They aren't as interested in questions of what as they are about why and how. Why is the ultimate question. Its all about the differing Processes that effect humanity

    Because in over 150 years, and in consensus with genetic sciences, no competing scientific theory has been proposed that better explains the history and diversity of Life on Earth, while more and more evidence and understanding has been applied to the sciences of biological evolution.
