His friends have no clue where he is.
It seems he has no good relationship with family but i do worry , so don't tell me to move on. He's a very good guy so i need to give another try.

Is he missing, or avoiding you?
he could have told his friends he doesnt want to speak to you
you also have to consider he may not welcome anyone in authorty looking for him
