wet brown sugar what do I do?
I added too much water to soften brown sugar and put in a blender to break up. How do I get it back to normal?

Spread the wet brown sugar out on a tray or cookie sheet covered with waxed paper or foil for a few days until it dries out. Just keep in mind that even when dry the sugar has already absorbed the water and will harden when you put the dry brown sugar back in a bag. It would be easier to just go out and buy a new package of brown sugar.

you cannot. the sugar melted.
Did you know that you don't need to add water to soften it. All you had to do was either microwave it for a few seconds or add a slice of apple to it and close the container over night.

If you have the time, heat it up in a small saucepan. Spoon out the water when it melts. Let it dry out by itself. If you don't have the time, get some more.

Heat it up, not that much. But heating sugar would most like turn it into it's liquid form .

Why not spread it out on wax paper and see if it dries out? It can't hurt anything worse.
