Feeling guilty after oral sex?

I met the guy a week ago and we spent the night together. I didnt intend on having sex. He asked me if its ok and i said not this time. Well thins got heated..he took off my clothes and got to third base. He didnt force me to do anything and made sure i was ok with things. I wasnt comfortable with sucking him off so i just gave him a hj now i feel disgusting, guilty, and just gross. Should i be feeling this way? How do i stop. Im going crazy cant look at myself in the mirror...
