Windshield Grease/Grime?
Hi I currently have a film of grease/grime on my windshield which isn't noticeable in the daytime but definitely noticeable at nighttime because there's so much glare everywhere. There's windshield wiper marks on most of the windshield.
Thing's I've tried:
Polish & clay bar
Meguiars glass clarity
Stoners cleaner
Bar Keepers Friend
Dawn dish soap
70% isopropyl alcohol
Meguiars carnauba wax
RainX
Meguiars Ultimate Compound
Vinegar

First of all, did you change the wipers out already? They can get very dirty as well. I see you have RainX on the list. While that product is good, it does take a lot of work and "elbow grease" to get it to the point where you do not see night-time glare. With new wipers, clean the windshield with glass cleaner. Apply the RainX, let dry. With a clean, dry paper towel, rub the windshield until the glare is gone. Be patient, it'll take some work. Also, try applying a few drops of water when rubbing the RainX clean, this may help. Good luck!
