What are your credentials in the money management field? Why would someone see your book and want to buy it? Are you an expert? A broker? A professor? You need to convince a publisher that you actually know enough about this subject for them to want to publish your book. But, sure, see who publishes other books on this topic and send a query. Check Writers' Market for publishers and agents. Be aware that it is VERY difficult for an unknown author to get published. Is that fair? No. But that's how it is.

I am a novelist myself, and I cannot answer your question directly. But I can tell you exactly what I would do if I were you. Go onto Amazon and look up your favorite books about money management. Then see what publishing companies published them.
After that, look at the websites of the authors who wrote those books. See if they list an agent. If so, contact those agents (I'm sure you can find out their contact information by doing a simple google search) as, obviously, they are comfortable representing authors who write books about money management.
Finally, if that doesn't work, then look into self-publishing. Many, many authors are self-publishing these days. It might be the best way to go if you find you can make no headway with traditional publishers.
Good luck!

Find books that are similar to yours and see who the publisher is and check the publisher's website to see how to submit. Many will require that you go through a literary agent. There are many agents that publish non-fiction. Get the Writer's Market book at the library or a bookstore because it lists hundreds of agents and publishers.
Ignore the naysayers who want you to justify to them why you're writing the book you're writing and prove to them that you're qualified to write it. That's your business. I'll assume you have the credentials that publishers and agents look for, and if not, then that's between you and to whomever you submit. Good luck!
