Is there a way to find people using a full name and a photo?
I messed up incredibly badly 3 years ago with a (now) former friend. Today I found a picture of them on an old sd card and broke down crying. I m desperate to apologise but I couldn t find them no matter how hard I tried.

First, consider the fact that your need to apologize is about you, not your friend. This won't make your friend feel better. It will bring back bad memories for your friend while you get a sense of relief.
Then contact a therapist about learning to let go and move on.
