You ask a similar question 11 months ago. Did the answers you received not work for you. I would visit your family doctor and let them know what the situation is and ask them if they can give you something for your anxiety.
If you are looking for something that can help you right now have a look at this article on mindfulness meditation - http://tinyurl.com/z33c8l4
As the article above shows it can dramatically improve feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression and all you need to do is listen to the guided meditation videos and breathe.
Check out what Jon Kabat-Zinn has published on this subject - http://tinyurl.com/hkpkbeq
I would also recommend reading the following books. Check your local library and see if they have copies or you could order from Amazon.com using the links below:
"The Untethered Soul: The Journey Beyond Yourself" by Micheal A. Singer - http://tinyurl.com/qgvk6u4
"Full Catasrophe Living" by Jon Kabat-Zinn - http://tinyurl.com/qfttvt6
"Wherever You Go, There You Are" by Jon Kabat-Zinn - http://tinyurl.com/qh9t7kp
"The Depression Cure" - http://tinyurl.com/osmu3qx
The doctor that wrote the book above developed a treatment plan that they found worked better than the antidepressants they used to prescribe.
Make sure you are eating well also. If you need help in that department have a look at the following plan.

Valerian tablets.
It's a herbal relaxant available from health food shops.
It's also classed as a "Sleep aid" so do not overdo it, otherwise you may be tired to talk straight...
