Is there any kind of anxiety pill or something that I can take just for one time use to get through a 10 speech I have to do in from of people. (I'm 16)

I usually didn't have pimples but now I have like tiny to medium sized bumps on the sides of forehead and hairline also I have tiny tiny bumps on the sides of my nose like where my nostrils are its very Ruff around there oh and I play basketball 2 hours a day so I do sweat a lot on forhead . But is there a way to prevent sweat causing acne? Also what can I do for my nose part with the little tiny bumps on the side?

I'm really confused if you send in your transcripts. which i heard are 10th and 11th grade. do they look at each semester in each grade?(i have 2 semesters) ad if they do how do they calculate your overall GPA to get accepted. without any ap and honors.

I got my double helix piercing March 12 so it's been a month but it was healing so great and yes I did get it done with a PROFFESIONAL piercer, I use antibacterial soap 2 times a day front and back and just rinse but when I woke up today I couldn't even see any bar. She pierced me with a long bar because my cartialge is thick and also took to heal but I don't see and bar and the back is big not the front. Should I be worried?

Hi so I'm a sophomore in highschool and I'm thinking what colleges I might want to attend, I visited a few colleges up north with my school and I really want to attend up there. I want to be a film editor when I grow up ke as just wondering what colleges universities will be good for that? Preferably in California/northern. And yes I do know that being a film editor is competive.

So I have to go in front of the class and read my 400 word essay and I get so nervous that my heart beats so fast causing my breathing to get bad so when I'm reading it sohands like I'm crying ... What can I do? And wil taking a muscle relaxer help in any way ? I know that's dumb to say but seriously Wud it help?

Is there any websites that will like help me in any subject like math english history spanish etc. I'm in 10 grade and my teachers are really bad at teaching. So i was wondering if there was a website such as like grade saver or anything like that.. HELP.. thanks.

Hi so I'm 16, and I'm going to get my nose pierced! I need help on what type of jewelry to get.

I got my regular lobes pierced when I was a baby and got infected so I got them pierced again when I was 5 and then got infected so then when I was 14 I got them pierced and it never got infected! I had them now for 2 years! And the piercer pierced me with white gold and it was a long post and the piercer said she pierced me with the long post because the other years I got my lines pierced the post was short which didn't allow my ear to "breath" so the long post allowed my ear room so that's how my ear healed . Anyways If I get my nose pierced I'll need like a long post or something long so that my ear can breath what kind shud I use? (Corkscrew, L shape, etc.) and also what's the best type of jewelry to get ? I heard titanium is good. Please help! Thumbs up for all answers , 10 points for the best!

Hey so I'm going to get a nose piercing but I'm allergic and sensitive to a lot of jewlery but the problem is is that I don't know what exactly I am allergic to I just know ok allergic to a lot because my ear loves have been infected plenty of times because of my jewlery so when I got it pierced for the 3rd time I got t pierced with white gold and my ears did perfectly fine! And healed great! But since I'm gunna get a nose pierced not sure what I shud do .. Is there a way I can do white gold? And also is there a type of jewlery that dosnt cause infections or irritation in a lot of ppl ? Or is a really good type to use? Thanks ten points for best answrr

Im 16 and i made a deal with my mom that if i get straight A's that i can get a nose piercing. So i got my report card last week and got straight A's. And i just wanted help on like what i should expect and just general help. when i first got my regular lobes pierced there got infected and i got them again and then got infected again so i got them pierced again when i was 15 and they have been doing well for a year now but i think its because I'm allergic to nickel or metal but i can wear white gold! but if i get an infection should i take it out

I'm currently 16 and Im sure that i want to become a film editor. i have been editing for a while just for fun for myself. and i want it to become a career. but i just wanted to know some goof 4 year colleges i can go to thats good in film . so i can get my degree in film editing/is it possible to major in film editing? also whats an annual salary for a film editor? thanks for your help. and one more question.. whats are some good companies to work as a film editor? thanks

I have tried to look at every store possible and no one has 7.5 in men not even in the nike store! But I see a lot of people on instagram and my school that have those shoes and women have them! Hi, so I'm really just looking to loose more of my thigh weight and maybe a little of my waist. I'm 15 I weigh 117 and I and 5'7 I don't know my waist measurement but my thigh measurement is 18 inches. I eat a TON but I have a fast metabolism. But I eat a lot of junk food so I wanna lower my portions and eat healthier foods. So I have this app called my fitness pal and it basically counts my calories and keeps track of what I eat and I was just wondering if I eat 1,200 a day would I loose some weight ?? But I would eat like 6 small healthy snacks throughout the day to keep my metabolism going. Snacks meaning like a yogurt and cheese . If I eat like this with the minimum of 1,200 will I lose some kind of weight ? And if I do lose a good amount of weight if I start eating normal again will I gain more even if I go to the gym?? Because right now I go to the gym every now and then to go on the elliptical for 30 min and the like work on my abs and arms. So my main question is : Even if I eat 6 small healthy snacks that are satisfying with the minimum of 1,200 calories a day and the gym.. Will I lose weight? And also if I love weight and go back to eating normal but still go to the gym.. Will I gain weight since I'm eating normal or will I maintain the weight since I'm at the gym?
