By the time you get to word 75 of your 400 word essay you will have stood up the anxiety and the anxiety will be frustrated it failed in keeping you from doing what it (the anxiety) wanted most, you not standing in front of a room full of people read a 400 word essay. By the time you are at word 175 you will have have replaced the anxiety with confidence. You are in control an entire room of people are listening to you and learning. At word 225 you will be now be enjoying the attention and the anxiety.....what anxiety ? it's gone. At word 400 you will be wishing this was longer and how there was nothing too it. Anxiety is all bark no bite, stand up to and it will always back down.

Have you tried the e-cigarette? There's still nicotene in those, but what I found is that, after I started using it, I took less drags off it, and I've cut down on my smoking. I'm using it to help quit smoking. I find a cartridge lasts me 8 days, which everyone tells me is good. A cartridge is like 2 packs. However, you only smoke 3 cigarettes a day, so you've got your smoking very limited-if you feel yourself wanting more, try the e-cigarette. Or if you want to ditch the habit altogether-the best idea- try a nicotene patch. Good luck to you!
