How to get rid of acne?

I usually didn't have pimples but now I have like tiny to medium sized bumps on the sides of forehead and hairline also I have tiny tiny bumps on the sides of my nose like where my nostrils are its very Ruff around there oh and I play basketball 2 hours a day so I do sweat a lot on forhead . But is there a way to prevent sweat causing acne? Also what can I do for my nose part with the little tiny bumps on the side?

I would not think the hair problems have anything to do with the acne. That is two different issues. I am sure the Dermatologist gave you something to help with the acne but my son had it and it took a year of constant treatment. It was on his face and back. It finally did go away with no scars. Also, the new light therapy with UV rays really help the acne. They make them just for the face. That along with the creams should help it much faster and keep it from coming back. There is not need to lecture you about keeping your face cleansed and exfoliated. I am sure you are aware of this. Electrolysis (laser) is the only way to permanently remove the hair problems. But since you have seen your doctor he could tell you much more than I can. But, hope this helps. Best wishes lol :)

If its really bad I would recommend a dermatologist and request Accutane. It is probably the strongest acne medicine on the market. Where all others failed it was the only one that worked for me.
