Kept having to adjust clutch cable?

I have a 85 mustang with a manual T5. I noticed it was starting to get hard to shift. I had the fallowing replaced clutch, pilot bearing and the throw out bearing. I keep having to adjust the clutch cable because it starts to get harder to shift again. I get to where it shifts ok then few miles I can t get it into a gear. The pedal is near the floor I ve adjusted so much. Any ideas what s wrong? Could it be the clutch fork?

If the clutch fork wasn't inspected for cracks I'd say that's a good guess.
