I bought a low mileage ford 302 roller block engine but came with flat tappet camshaft. I put it into my mustang drove it a few times and it needs more power. I’m looking at a few camshafts that are under .480 lift. I’ve been looking at the solid camshafts. So I guess my question is if I use a solid cam. Will it change the push rod length? I’m trying to keep cost down if I can possibly use the old push rods that would be great. Also I have fulcrum rocker arms will that cause any issues? Will I get more hp with a solid

I’ve been married for 9 years. We have been having issues for about 2 years. She has had health problems recently. She can’t work so I’ve been the one working. We lost our house because she couldn’t work and I don’t make enough money so we now live in a small apartment. we both where chill and never fought before her health issues but now we both get angry over small stuff. We never have sex and if we do it’s more for me then her. I want her to enjoy it. She has gained at least 100 pounds since we have been together. Never showers or brush her teeth. She would rather watch tv than visit with me or go do something other than stay inside. The apartment is very messy I’ve tried to to clean up but it gets messy again. Last week she said that I should have sex with someone else and she’s okay with it. I was shocked and uncomfortable with that. She isn’t the same person I married. I’m afraid the health stuff has made her depressed and she has given up on life. We talked about counseling but she never makes an appointment. I went for a couple months. I don’t know what to do. 

I bought a used cruise o matic ford transmission from 1965 t bird. Using it for my truck. The guy said it works. I tried to turn the output shaft and it’s not turning. It has two input shafts neither turn. I’m worried I bought a bad transmission. What do you think?

Since I’ve been a adult I’ve had to deal with anger issues and anxiety. Since I’m in my late 30’s it’s gotten worse. To the point where anything can make me angry. I’m now on medication but it only helps with my anger but my anxiety is still an issue. It’s so bad I’ve gone through 3 jobs this year. I get to the point where I throw up and can’t sleep because Of work. When I’m home with my wife I’m ok. It is effecting my relationship. Money is now a problem because of this. What can I do?

My car won’t charge the alternator battery and electronic module are all new and where tested good. It’s a 79 mustang 4 cylinder. My question is can I use a deep cycle battery do I can drive it to work every day? How long would the battery last before having to charge it?

I have a 2005 Ford Crown Victoria trying to replace the key ignition switch there is no pin hole underneath the steering column like the older models how do I replace a it? I tried to upload a photo but I couldn’t.

I gassed up at a gas station and a quarter mile of driving my truck started running poorly and it got worse and worse until it didn't want to run anymore. I checked the fuel filter and brown gas came out I replace the fuel filter and injectors with spare ones and I ran great so I know I have dirt and my fuel system how can I flush out the fuel lines and clean my tank?

I need to buy an engine for my Ford F-150. Low on money so I'm headed to the pick n pull near me. Truck has almost 300k and blew head gasket I'm mechanical inclined but I need to make a list of things to check for to make sure the motor is in good shape at the wrecking yard. Can someone write things I should look for? If it helps early 2000 5.4 engine.

I have a 1998 Ford F-150 4.6 v8. It runs just fine but noticed when it s at quarter tank of gas it seems to have more horsepower thought if it at full tank it s supposed to run stronger. Only upgrades to the truck is cold air specter intake and glass pack muffler. Why would it run stronger on low fuel?

I have a 85 mustang with a manual T5. I noticed it was starting to get hard to shift. I had the fallowing replaced clutch, pilot bearing and the throw out bearing. I keep having to adjust the clutch cable because it starts to get harder to shift again. I get to where it shifts ok then few miles I can t get it into a gear. The pedal is near the floor I ve adjusted so much. Any ideas what s wrong? Could it be the clutch fork?

I have a mustang 5.0 with T5 5 speed manual transmission. I replaced the clutch cable and replaced the clutch, because I kept having to adjust the cable to get it into gear. I still have the same problem I had then. I keep adjusting the cable and it shifts fine for few miles then gets hard to shift again. I've adjusted it so much I'm running out of thread on the cable. Also my clutch pedal is almost to the floor. Any ideas?

I have an 82 mustang and the previous owner put a late 80's hatch with the third brake light. Since my car originally didn't come with brake light I would like to know how I can wire it to work. Thank you for any help
