How to test transmission ?
I bought a used cruise o matic ford transmission from 1965 t bird. Using it for my truck. The guy said it works. I tried to turn the output shaft and it’s not turning. It has two input shafts neither turn. I’m worried I bought a bad transmission. What do you think?

well pull the pan off. if a lot of metal material or rust in it then the transmission is junk. if the output shaft (rear) doesn't turn then either in park or internal problem. if input shaft (front) won't turn at all also a internal problem

Sorry, you probably got taken. It's getting so the only safe way to buy used car parts is from a reputable junk yard that gives a 30 day return policy. Good luck.

Put the torque converter on it to get more leverage. If you still can't turn it you have a problem.
