Which branch of science claims, life created itself,?

There are several misunderstandings in your question. To clear things up:

1- Agiogenesis, the evolution of life from simpler chemical processes, is a field of biology (the study of living things). It does not propose that life created itself, rather that living organisms evolved from chemical processes that would not regularly be classified as "life".

2- The scientific opinion is NOT of the opinion that "energy cannot be created or destroyed". You might be confusing the first law of thermodynamics, which states that total energy is conserved. This is not the same thing- for instance, nuclear reactions permit matter to be converted to energy.

3- Even if this was the case, I'm not sure why you believe that the formation of life from simpler processes would involve the creation of energy. Energy would be required for it to happen, but there would be ample sources of this on the prehistoric Earth, so thermodynamics violations are required. Life does not have any special energy other processes don't.

I'd follow az_lender's suggestion that you might want to study science in more detail before making comments on its validity.

Religion requires faith.

Science requires understanding.

There is nothing to stop you having both. But it is narrowmindedness to play one against the other.

Learn some science before you try to preach religion to scientists.

The greatest scientist is our Creator, JEHOVAH. I wouldn't try to start preaching to the one who created the foundatation for us all to discover.
