Libertarians, with Charles Koch as VP candidate in 1980, promised to end ALL public education, end medicare and social security. That's what these guys really want. Be careful what you wish for.

Nothing. Libertarianism is controlled opposition.
Libertarianism is essentially a defunct ideology. It is based on the idea of small government=low taxes. In reality, taxes do not fund spending and it is possible to have zero taxes and still have a large government.
It also espouses the ludicrous idea that poor people are poor because of welfare, which is contradictory.

The president really can't do much alone. All he could really do is refuse to let republicans and democrats in congress take away our freedom or waste our money.

Likely the first move would be to audit, and perhaps nationalize, the Federal Reserve.
