We haven't talked in almost a week? Should I text her?

So I've been talking to this girl from school for about 4 weeks and I don't see her in person, we just text. We usually see each other a few times a week outside of school. I'm pretty flirty with her and she asks me to go places with her but whenever I ask her she ignores me or says she can't. She called me on the phone twice last week late at night and we talked for hours.

So Friday was the last time I talked to her, I asked her if she wanted to hang out and once again she said something like "maybe later if I can." We texted a little bit after that but then she stopped replying. We haven't texted or talked since then and we used to text about everyday. I kinda like her and want to see her again but I don't wanna be annoying because she usually never starts the text. Idk what to do, what would you do??
