Has anyone ever had problems with DraftKings' "VIP Prize Packages"?

DraftKings got really big starting in 2012 and at first, they only did baseball. When other major sports leagues such as the NFL, NBA, NASCAR, etc. began taking notice, they would sign these huge lucrative licensing, sponsorship, and cross-promotional contracts with them to attract new users to the site. Each time they would do this, they would give out these "VIP Experience" prizes where the winner would get cash, some tickets, and hotel and travel paid by them as the prize. Has anyone else ever won one of these contests up in here? I did and they told me some ornery BS that I would have to use the cash prize they given me to pay for the hotel and transportation because it was "subject to availability". I believed them and went and come to find out later they were supposed to pay for it. Has someone else ever won this VIP Experience and had them tell you the same lie. I didn't find out until much later they were the ones that were supposed to pay for it but they used the "subject to availability" lie to get out of paying for that portion of the prize.
