My dog is having problems with her tail. She is whining a lot. Please help!?
So recently my dog has been in a lot of pain. I noticed that the pain is mostly at her tail. Near the beginning of it. Of course I was worried and researched what she could of had. Lumber tail syndrome is all that comes up but I don't think she has that. Mostly because she can still wag her tail and it doesn't look different. She hasn't been biting at it or anything so I know it's not flees. It's something strange and I want to know what could be the source and how I can help her! She is a Labrador and German Sheppard mix and she is 5 years old. We've been feeding her normal dog food, but once in a while give her some left overs from our dinner. If any one has a solution or any Idea of what this could be, please help!

ShepHerd. No one, including a vet, can diagnose/treat your dog without examining it, least of all YA, take it to a vet.

You need to take her to the vet to find out what it could be and to get a solution to it instead of looking online and trying to find out for yourself since you are legally required to provide vet care for your dog and that is the one thing you have failed to do.

You need to take her to the vet. That is the most caring thing you can do for her. None of us know. We are invisible strangers.

Could be something as simple as she needs her anal glands expressed.
Could be something as complicated as invertrible disc disease.
Time for a vet visit.
