What should I breed my dog with?

My dog Kali (if you'd like to see her click on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3AV1emL-9Jo ) has reached her second year, and I'm thinking about puppies next year. But I'm no expert on dog genes. What would be cute?

Update:

Cute, but wouldn't change Kali's pups' appearance too much from her own?

Update 2:

Fine, don't even answer anymore! I asked a question and I got a bunch of hate for wanting my dog to live on! I'll just ask my friends, they give more serious answers than "How about a monkey?"

And yes, I get that people are upset about all the dogs in shelters, but you know what? Half the people who answered me with "your dog is a MUTT, have it fixed" prefer pure breds, and people like that are THE REASON ALL THESE DOGS ARE IN THE SHELTERS! I PREFER mutts, and I haven't had a dog who wasn't one!

Nothing. You're a child. You have no experience in dog breeding. I know you have no interest in money, but it will take more money to raise the pups to 8 weeks, than to sell the backyard bred pups.

We all start somewhere in our love of animals, and when you love your dog so much, there's a very large part of you that just wants to make sure she lives on in some way. You may have the best of intentions and not in it for any hope for financial gain. But I can tell you that my childhood dog had at least 2 litters of puppies that I can recall, and as I look back on that time, I cringe knowing that so many of those adorable sweet little puppies didn't wind up in a good place. Please spare yourself the future shame and guilt. Your sweet little girl deserves to be the center of your attention. Have her fixed, and know that you are doing the right thing by her, and your future self.

There are enough perfectly wonderful mixed-breed puppies in overcrowded shelters - roughly half of which get put down. Why breed more mixed-breed puppies? Why not give the ones at the pound a chance at finding a home?

Source(s): FACT: For every one of your dog's puppies you find a home for, a puppy in a shelter will DIE.

Another BYBer creates a new account to ask what he/she should breed his/her poor bred mutt with.

WHY NOT GE IT SPAYED like a responsible dog owner.

Or are you low on money, and want to make some quick.

    WRONG.

If you're asking then she isn't breeding quality.

There's a heck of a lot more to breeding other than cuteness.

How about NOTHING? Your dog is a MUTT. Why would you do something so selfish and irresponsible?

Don't be another scummy backyard breeder producing more mutts to join the thousands of unwanted dogs being killed in shelters everyday! What would be cute, would be if you did the responsible thing and spayed your pet.
