We haven't talked in almost a week. Should I text her?

So I've been talking to this girl from school for about 4 weeks and I don't see her at school, we just text. We usually see each other a few times a week outside of school. I'm pretty flirty with her and she asks me to go out with her but whenever I ask her she ignores me or says she can't. 2 weeks ago we hung out and she was all over me, cuddling me, and just feeling me up a whole lot lol. She called me on the phone twice last week late at night and we talked for hours. So last Friday was the last time I talked to her, I asked her if she wanted to hang out and once again she said something like "maybe later if I can." We texted a little bit after that but then she stopped replying. We haven't seen each other or texted since then and we used to text about everyday. I kinda like her and want to see her again but I don't wanna be annoying because Im usually the one who starts the text but she is the one who calls me at night. Idk what to do, what would you do??
