Two of my guineas died today leaving one all alone,?
Two of my guineas died today. They were young but looked like they just curled up and passed away. This leaves Teddy alone. My sister wants to give me a guinea for her birthday since it was mine that passed away. I know guineas are social and need a compainion but i cant replace Doctor and Harry that fast. Doctor was my first real pet that was mine and he was only a year old. I just miss him too much. However I know Teddy needs a buddy. This problem because I need time before I can get another but Teddy cant be on his own because I don't have the time for him to be. Does anyone have any advice for what I should do?
I ended up getting another guinea and Teddy is very happy about it and I am too. I named him Rory.

They are social animals that live in a herd right? But that's not mean that they cannot live on their own, they can live alone or on their own. But many people said that the more the better but they never said that one Guinea Pig will die because it has no roommate right? So that's mean Guinea Pig can live alone just give him a more toys in his cage and you are no time for him right? Let him out of his cage atleast 30 mins to 1 hour attended will be enough for him.
