Are there any Symphonic Black Metal bands that don't scream/growl?
Or at least keep it to the bare minimum, the music is so good but it often gets ruined by the screaming IMO the kind of thing I'm looking for is like Cradle Of Filth - Her Ghost In The Fog but with clean singing or only a few screaming bits

Black Metal requires creeching vocals to be black metal. Latest Burzum albums barely had any (Belum). A lot of atmospheric bands use clear vocals sometimes. What you are looking for is just called Symphonic Metal
