Nope. You will need to apply to get your ID. Even if your parents went with and signed to have parental consent - you will still need some sort of ID to prove your related.

A professional will not risk this as he will lose his license and possibly jailed and/fined.

You may find someone willing to do do - but it's your choice to trust them, if they don't use sterilised equipment or not properly trained, you are not getting compensation if anything goes wrong as they will not be insured for this.

And a big told you so by your parents.

Sort out your ID situation because once you turn 18 you'll need it for more than just getting tattoos.

A legit shop actually makes a copy of your ID. It's their proof in case they are accused of tattooing you illegally.

Think of it this way, it's your birthday present. Go ahead and make the appointment for your birthday. Then count the days off on a large calendar.

tattooing a minor is a criminal charge, depending on the state (here in ny its a misdemeanor). no good shop will risk their professional careers or risk getting a criminal record to tattoo a minor. and if they are willing to break the law, i wouldn't be surprised if they also broke the law in terms of sanitation.... and who wants to risk getting a disease. i can promise you that you will be IDed. ive gotten all four of my tattoos from the same place with the same guy, and they ID me (they ask for two ids) every time.

ID is for people that don't look 18. Saying "I lost my ID" is just going to make them say "OK. Come back when you found it".
