I like this dude and he's four years older than me I'm 17 close in a few months to turn 18 is this weird?

I may get some hate mail for this. But I see nothing wrong with you liking someone 4 years older than yourself. You said you were about to turn 18 in a few months so it will be legal for you to date or whatever you want then.

But depending on your dating background and experiences before this. You may find that guys a little older want and expect a different type of relationship than you might be used to. At some point in time all of us guys grow up (Some later than others) But once we have we are looking for something more long term and not just for fun. So you need to figure out if that is what you are wanting also.
