    a1=11, d=4

    a400=11+399*4= 1607

    11 is a first term in the number sequence and each successive numbers are followed by addition of 4 , the sequence number 400 th is would be sequence number 399 th when number 11 is excluded to get the number relation of 11 + nth number x 4 ( instead of 399 times addition of 4 ) ;

    so 400 th sequence number is : 11 + 399 x 4 = 11+ 1596 = 1607
