As proof: The murder rate in Chicago for Jan and Feb 2016 is DOUBLE what is was a year ago. And now in Seattle (in a 2 year old case) a Seattle police officer may get fired because he did not let a drunk black woman continue to kick him like he was a punching bag. {The Department of Just Put Blacks on Top considered ruling that the police officer violated the black woman's civil rights. {Say what !?!}}
