If you outrun and lose the cops on a motorcycle in the state of Florida what will happen afterwards?

If caught you can be ticketed for fleeing and eluding alone with all other offenses you did while losing the cops.

Depending on speed and location of the eluding yu can be arrested, not just ticketed, for a misdemeanor. If so the bike can be seized for civil forfeiture.

Sometimes not wanting to write a lot or get a warrant since you may be gone when bike is found they will render the bike inoperable and have it towed.

In my city towing fee is $250. plus $100. daily storage and I can assure you the bike hanging form the tow hook swinging gets wrecked.

There is a good video on youtube taken by police dash camera of a fleeing motorcyclist. The bike did not have a license plate and the biker got away. It was a good thing too because the police officer wrecked his car trying to catch him.

No one ever 'lose the cops'....there's always another one nearby to catch you. Besides, if you are speeding and travel into the next county - those police officers will catch you.

you can bet that the motorcycle's plate number was taken down and police will show up at the registered address looking for it ... and also along the way from where they lost it to where it lives

you can outrun the cops with anything but they can catch you with anything. they will just keep looking for you and find you if u outrun them

If they got your license plate number you will be seeing them later.

Nobody knows as of yet nobody has out run one!
