It's Ethan Carter III at the moment.
He's only does deserves it to become The New Face of the company. He's at the age of 32. He'll be there for awhile. Kurt Angle is finished and Jeff Hardy will stay but, I'm not sure that, He'll be there forever though.

The last time I watched TNA was when Spud betrayed EC3 in a title match against Matt Hardy not so long ago, therefore Matt Hardy as a heel is not the poster boy but a target for "face" poster boy EC3 who will prevail in his fight and become a world champion soon.
