Name a cartoon/TV series character that always criticizes people?

I need a popculture reference to a fictional character (ideally from cartoons or TV series that are popular among teenage boys or young men) who is nosy and snooty, and always criticizes others, snoops, interferes, criticizes people's personal choices etc.
