Im 14 and i have aniexity.?
I got a panic atack out of blue a couple days ago and from then i keep geting them and keep geting bad aniexity symptoms:cold feeling trough body dizzines scared of death depression buzzing in ears feeling pulse everyvere in body sweating shaking being scared of going to school. I had aniexity before but now its really bad i want it to go i done ekg and blood test everything is fine but im still think sometimes that something is really wrong with me pls help!!!

Go see your school counselor and see how they can help you. Tell them everything about all this.
