Im 16,i drink once in like 4 months and i was never hungover before,in saturday i drank a lot,and i drank fast,when i came home i puked a lot and the next day i was realy hangover,terrible headache,puked a couple of times,couldnt get out of bed,in monday i felt better,just feelt a little tired and i burped a lot,then at night a woke up at 3 am and couldnt get back to sleep for like 2 hours,today im still burping when i eat,sometimes i feel hot but im not actualy,should i be scared of alcohol withdrawal or not??

At saturday i drank A LOT,when i came home i throw up a lot and went to sleep,the next day my head hurt like hell i throw up a couple of times i had chills i couldnt get out of bed,now its monday i feel better but i still feel kinda dizzy and detached,i burp a lot and sometimes food comes up my throat,is this normal!!!!!?????

I dont know what to im feed up with this bullshit,its 00:00 and i cannot sleep bcus of weird scary heartbeats

Hi guys in my contry you can go to high school anywere in the contry,i choose the one where i can live at home,im happy with it i have good friend i can go to a great college after high school but my anxiety is ******* with my head i always find a problem,this is not good that is not good,if a person tells me that maybe it was better to chose another school my head will start going crazy,i will be like "i need to switch to that school this person told me its better" and i think about this 24/7 i want this to stop i really want to enjoy 4 years of hs with my friends without anxiety about it i want to look back on good memories about me and friends having fun not about me having anxiety

Im 15 i do 100 pushups,wall squat,plank,wall squat,plank every monday wensday and friday is this a good and efective workout will it build me a good body?

These are my symptoms:feeling like bubbles going trought leg veins(like vibrating),feeling like blood is cold(literaly it feels like cold blood flowing trought body),sometimes feels like heart beats weird like it vibrates a litle i cant explain the feling it really scares me i done ecg 2 times it was fine but i still think theres something wrong,i also suffer from aniexity

Im 14 i feel like my leg veins vibrate not like a phone more like bubbles coming trough my veins what could this be?

I have aniexity and panic attack,for the last couple of days i wake up at night and i start to shake but its not cold at all its warm what could this be?

I'm having panic attacks every day and night my aniexity is always there im scared of dying every second every little thing i feel i get scared of it and get panic attacks and aniexity i cant sit down without moving my legs everywhere pls help

Before i went to sleep i had a panic attack and i couldnt fall aslep proprely bcus i had adrenaline rush every time i close my eyes.i fell asleep somehow and woke up now by same adrenaline rush fealing and i started panicin and shaking(really bad) pls help me!!!

I have aniexity,i was just layng down then suddenly i fellt like cold blood went from my heart to my whole body i started panicin then it stoped it was really scary is it aniexity or something else?

I opened my eyes but couldnt move my body i got scared tried calling someone but my mouth moved soooo slowly and i could move my arms reaaaly slowly then in just a second i jumped outh of bed and everything was fine.i suffer from aniexity and depression i drink rivotril why could this be?

I got a panic atack out of blue a couple days ago and from then i keep geting them and keep geting bad aniexity symptoms:cold feeling trough body dizzines scared of death depression buzzing in ears feeling pulse everyvere in body sweating shaking being scared of going to school. I had aniexity before but now its really bad i want it to go i done ekg and blood test everything is fine but im still think sometimes that something is really wrong with me pls help!!!
