These are my symptoms:feeling like bubbles going trought leg veins(like vibrating),feeling like blood is cold(literaly it feels like cold blood flowing trought body),sometimes feels like heart beats weird like it vibrates a litle i cant explain the feling it really scares me i done ecg 2 times it was fine but i still think theres something wrong,i also suffer from aniexity

First off, you're asking "is this anxiety" and then saying "I suffer from anxiety". Doesn't that make your question redundant? Either way, on to the main point.
It doesn't sound like anxiety, it sounds like the power of suggestion, your brain makes it seem worse than what it really is. If you are really concerned, I'd see a doctor, but it seems to my like it's all in your head.
