Im 15 i do 100 pushups,wall squat,plank,wall squat,plank every monday wensday and friday is this a good and efective workout??

    All I do is play with balls (the iphone game) and I already have a six pack (of beer next to me). Hope this helps.

    yes, good job having break days, a lot of people dont and that can really harm their body
