I felt like my heart pumped cold blood trough body?

I have aniexity,i was just layng down then suddenly i fellt like cold blood went from my heart to my whole body i started panicin then it stoped it was really scary is it aniexity or something else?

    This definitely sounds like anxiety. As difficult as I know it is at the time, try not to panic if this happens as it is only psychological and cannot harm you physically.

    Sounds like anxiety. Cold kinda tingly sensation. I get that when something bad happens. Sometimes I feel it in my head.
