I need to know how much fake Id's cost for a book?

You can take your chances if you want to confirm; it was a 2015 article about passports on the dark net. They said Danish passports could go from 1800 to 4000 dollars. Also, that Thailand was one of the big places to go for stolen/forged passports.

Now, if you just want a card to get into bars, that's going to run $20 to $50 bucks.

And as a writer of fiction, you can have an altruistic guy/gal with a great printer who can print it up for a matter of a few hundred dollars. Just make sure your hero is worth taking these kinds of risks for.

That would depend on the quality of the fake ID.
