Parsely and water?

anyone ever heard of drinking simmered parsley and water to clean toxins from the kidneys?

    yes, I've heard really good stuff on parsley. You just have to keep at it and not do it only one time. You have to research more on it to find out it's benefits and for how long to do this. I would assume it is an ongoing thing bc we always need to detox.

    I've heard of all kinds of silly claims made for herbal treatments. Parsley wont' clean your kidneys of "toxins". Toxins are processed by the liver, and excreted by the kidneys. Drinking water will help keep the kidneys operating correctly, but parsley isn't going to do anything to make it more efficient.

    Yes. Parsley is high in antioxidants. Eating it raw doesn't heat out these enzymes.

    I've heard sugar free cranberry juice works but haven't tried it because I don't like cranberry juice
