How to open multiple Adobe Photoshop projects/windows at once?
I'm using Adobe Photoshop CC.
I want to work on more than one project at a time but in the TASKBAR (at the bottom of the screen) there is only one photoshop window/icon.
How do I change it so that there can be multiple at the same time?

But I don't like having to keep right clicking the one icon and then select a different project window to open back n forth...I want multiple "PS" open at once...

It is entirely up to Windows, not Photoshop.
Photoshop can only have one process open at a time, even if that same process has multiple documents open. Because there is only one process, Windows will only show one taskbar button.
You can still use Windows hotkeys to switch between documents. Ctrl + Tab will switch to the next one, and Ctrl + Shift + Tab will switch back.
You can also have Photoshop show documents in resizable windows instead of document tabs.

If I understand what you are asking, you can't do that. What you can do is use Tabs at the top of your Photoshop window so that you can bounce between things easily. If you aren't seeing tabs, check your preferences to open in tabs. And you should always be able to drag open documents up into them. http://i.imgur.com/9BNIG75.png
