She's my friend and i find her attractive, she finds me attractive too (my other friend told me that she said that)... I want to have sex with her... But dont know how to tell her this... Whatever you do say nothing about wanting to have sex with her. Tell her you enjoy being with her and you are interested in a relationship. Don't worry about to say it, if she is into you she will be good, if she is not into you then no matter how you say it she won't be interested.

I wouldn't ask her. Start getting closer to her. If she want it too she won't reject you. But if she'll say stop don't do this.
