How to confront the catfish?

So I've been messaging this guy he told me he is 27 and lives in jersey but when I ask for a pic he said he hates taking selfies but sent me 2 pics from awhile ago. I asked for his number because we talk through kik and I wanna text when I can't through kik. He didn't give it to me he didn't give me a reason though. I've told him multiple times that I don't want to be fooled or anything. He said he wouldn't and why would he send those pictures if they weren't him that he would send a picture of a better looking guy. I even asked if he would visit Cali (where I live) he said he would rather visit Europe. He teases and tells me to go to his house in jersey. I haven't texted him since him telling me no on giving me his number. He has sent me text through kik and I read them but don't respond. So my question is how do I respond and confront him? Like should I say I know your lieing, the reason I haven't been talking to you is because all these signs point to you lieing to me?
