What is wrong with me? Why am I like this?
Just today, I seen a girl with nice legs (I have an obsession with legs). She is athletic (she told me she played sports). It's weird isn't it. When I look at a girls legs, I imagine things even if she isn't the gorgeous girl. If she has nice legs, I'm attracted to her, but I eventually get to know her and determine she is actually really sweet.

Its normal. Im assuming your young, so you have a huge sex drive. Every guy you will ever meet has some sort of sexual fantasy. Some are really bizarre, like 100 times weirder than yours, and yours isn't really weird at all. Like there are fetishes for slime, deification, urination, and even a mucus fetish (yuck). A leg fetish is pretty common tho, so your good bro :D
