Do you ever remember seeing people in the streets in movies? Every one of those people is an Extra. Do you ever see their names in the credits? No, you don't.

Do you have a signed contract? Did they get you to sign a release form?
If you have a signed contract, then you have recourse to get paid. If they had you sign a release form, then you might be out of luck my friend.

if you were and extra , there ids not much you can do, if you have an equity card then you can take it further
