Weird, unexplainable feeling inside?
Okay, I will try my best to explain this. So, sometimes I get this weird feeling, where I just feel.. different. It's usually inside my chest or gut, and I have like this crippling sense of self awareness and self disgust, like the feeling in my gut is causing it. I can hardly call it a feeling, because I can hardly feel it myself. In fact, I probably wouldn't even notice if my mind didn't automatically point it out when it happens, and I think something like "It's that weird feeling again". Completely random, I'm not thinking about it before, only during and after. Sometimes I get a similar feeling in my head too, kind of in my eyes and nose, but it's not accompanied by as much self-disgust/awareness. It feels the same, and I just know it's the same exact feeling. Sorry, I can't explain it any better than this. Thanks to anyone who read this anyways. I'd just like someone to sincerely say that they get the same thing, or maybe a name for what this is. By the way, it's not anxiety, I've had that before and it's much different, I'm not anxious before this happens, or during it either, really. Thanks again :P

You already answered your own question: self-loathing.
There may well be a medical/scientific name for this but you'd have to ask a psychologist or neurologist.
Mind and body aren't separate entities so this weird feeling may be a symptom of your deep dissatisfaction with an aspect of your life. Emotional pain can manifest as physical pain, and vice versa.
If you get to a point where this feeling becomes a problem the please consider seeking medical advice.
Hope this helped.
