I work at a company and we are having an issue with our licensing for Office 2010 and 2013. Please advise?

So I work for a company and we are having issues with our Licensing. We have to wipe our laptops for contractors say every couple months, and as a result we lose our license for 2010 office as it has been activated. You are only allowed 2 or 3 activations per license. Is there any WAY to de-activate licenses that are not in use or any recommendations on what we can do to solve our problem? Thanks

Wow, you need to hire somebody who has heard of doing an Internet search. I searched for deactivate Microsoft office and EASILY found instructions. You probably need to do the deactivation before wiping a disk. You should contact Microsoft.
