Now that Marco Rubio is out of the presidential race, does that mean he'll finally get back to going to Congress like we elected him to do?

Update:

I've got mixed feelings about this. He'd probably do less damage outside of Congress than inside.

    obama missed 85 percent of Senate votes while he was campaigning for President. I don't remember you complaining about that.
