why do those fancy park ave parents have those nannies sleep in those little small nanny rooms?

And they have a guest room who no one uses .shouldn't the nanny have the guest room i mean he/she is taking care of your kids at least give them a nice place to sleep.

Do you know all those 'fancy park ave parents' or is this hearsay?

Even if this is a common thing, I don't see the problem. Nobody is forcing anybody to be a live-in nanny. If they are well paid AND get room and board, they are better off than most people earning nanny wages. And if they are not being well payed, they are free to find a better job.

Because those people see nannies as "help" and dont think they are entitled to nice acommodations. Very simple.

    Employees aren't guests.

If someone doesn't like the terms of employment, he or she should find a job elsewhere.
