Quick Question about Steam?

Can I transfer my games without having access to my original computer? I dont have that computer right now ( i am at my dads the computers at my moms) and I want to play Skyrim. I don't care about my progress. I just want to play. Is there anyway to do that?

Update:

Also It not showing up in my library, I know i have the right account because I checked both.

    STEAM is an Anti-Piracy system

It cares very much which machines are using a single game.

You cannot swap machines back and forth.

STEAM will do everything it can to Prevent installation on a new machine (in my opinion).

As long as you log into the same account that owns a purchased copy of the game, you can redownload it on as many computers as you want. You can only be logged in on one computer at a time.
