Men are tired of hearing that idealistic nonsense and what you are saying is a half truth. You WANT a man to be nice but that is not necessarily what you are ATTRACTED to.

The "Women want a nice guy" lie is nothing more then a way of cutting weak men from the herd when it comes to dating and they are the kind of men branded with the "do not touch until he has become successful" mindset as many women in general are not attracted to these sorts of men and will take great delight in indulging in epicaricacy and/or sadism when such men become frustrated because they get no where with women even though they have followed women's own instructions and will take many attempts to ostracize him from being socially accepted by women because "nice guys never complain" which has become synonymous with "nice guys know how to take it like a b****".

Most dating apps are garbage anyhow with purposefully made fake accounts by the manufacturer to goad you into paying for premium accounts for more fake accounts to bombard you with 'compliments' that usually die down with in a week. This happens on OkCupid, Match, Plentyoffish, Geek2Geek, etc.

Dont waste your time forcing these things, it goes badly. instead wait until you find someone who you will like when not actively seeking them. until then, use your time to do more meaningful things like helping others. When you're a good person everything else comes easy.
