Is there something stronger than dilaudid?
I am currently on Dilaudid 8mg 4 times a day and Opana 40mg twice a day the dilaudid use to work great for breakthrough pain up until about a week ago. All of a sudden they just dont work and the Opana takes so long to kick in and i am limited to just 2 a day so i have to space the dosage out. What is stronger as an instand release medication than Dilaudid?

The problem with high level pain meds is the fact that the higher the dose you go, the quicker you become used to it. If you go much higher, you risk respiratory collapse like people one heroine do.
